Christopher E. Dominguez, a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation and Corporate Departments, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, business counseling, and transactions. An experienced and highly successful attorney, Chris joined KDG after many years as a complex commercial litigation practitioner in Washington, D.C. Chris also is a business owner, which provides him special insight to his business clients’ needs. He previously practiced with the international firm of K&L Gates in Washington, D.C. after earning his J.D. from Columbus School of Law, the Catholic University of America, cum laude, in 1997. 

Chris represents companies of all sizes in litigation, strategic planning, and transactions. His representations have ranged from multi-million dollar actions for Fortune 500 companies to high-stake actions for small to mid-sized companies and individuals. Chris has successfully handled matters for his clients in numerous legal subject areas, including breach of multi-million dollar contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, patent litigation, real estate disputes, securities claims, commercial lease disputes, UCC, employment disputes, regulatory challenges before the FDA and EPA, and many more. Chris also represents professionals in administrative proceedings. Chris also advises and counsels business clients in corporate planning and transactions. Of Chris’s many assets, one is his ability to expertly and objectively analyze the strengths and weaknesses of his client’s position and effectively prepare his client’s matter for the optimal outcome in the most efficient manner possible.
