Dustin Dodgin is a partner in the firm's Business and Commercial Litigation Department and Labor & Employment Department. He practices in the areas of business and employment litigation, and business counseling. Dustin was selected as a 2014, 2015, and 2016 Southern California Rising Star by the Super Lawyers magazine.

In his employment practice, Dustin routinely represents employers in state and federal courts in California, in arbitrations, and before the DLSE, EDD, and the U.S. Department of Labor. He defends employers in private and law enforcement wage-and-hour litigation involving misclassification, overtime, meal period, and rest break claims, among others. He handles single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination actions, and he represents employers in employee embezzlement, trade secret misappropriation, and workplace violence cases.

Dustin also handles business litigation and general business matters for clients in the oil and gas, construction, real estate, healthcare, agriculture, transportation, equipment manufacturing and sales, and insurance industries.
