Partner Tracy Saiki is a founding member of the firm's Agriculture & Food Law Practice Group. Formerly general counsel for Bolthouse Farms, she handles commercial transactions, employment counseling, business disputes, and regulatory compliance issues with special focus on issues unique to the farming, food processing, and food marketing industries.

Tracy is a practical business lawyer who often assists clients in a capacity similar to an in-house general counsel, advising them on a range of strategic legal and business issues. In that capacity, she helps businesses identify and prioritize practical solutions to manage legal risk. She also counsels food marketers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups concerning intellectual property and marketing law issues.

She has experience with most commercial agreements, including agreements involving real estate, intellectual property, transportation, construction, contract labor, and mergers/acquisitions. Tracy also provides her business clients with counseling on labor and employment issues, particularly agricultural labor issues, wage/hour issues, and internal investigations.

She provides advice concerning compliance and enforcement issues related to:
