HARASSMENT & WORKPLACE BULLYING PREVENTION TRAINING

California law (AB1825) requires companies with 50 or more employees (including F/T & P/T employees and contractors) to provide two hours of harassment prevention training, descrimination, and retaliation training to all supervisory employees every two years. This includes new supervisors who must attend this training within six months of hire or promotion. This session will include the new training requirement for workplace bullying.
