Barry L. Goldner received his J.D. in 1982 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. Barry practices in the areas of complex business transactions and commercial litigation, including business ownership disputes, business counseling and planning (including estate and tax planning), with an emphasis on real estate, agriculture, construction and health law. He is a former member of the California State Bar Board of Governors and served as the president of the Kern County Bar Association. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest designation.
