The bankruptcy department recently obtained approval for a Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization involving the restructure and discharge of over $35 million in debt.  The approval of the Plan of Reorganization will allow the restructured debtors to continue their business and repay creditors significantly more than they would have received in a liquidation scenario.  Bankruptcy Department Practice Group Leader T.
