KDG Partners Barry Goldner and Jeff Noe recently obtained an extremely favorable result for a local medical group and its partners against a former partner.  A departing partner claimed that his interest in the partnership was worth millions of dollars.  The group was forced to battle the case.  The group prevailed on its claim that the departing partner had been fully paid.  The court also found that the departing partner’s claim was “arbitrary” and awarded attorney’s fees and expert fees to the group.  KDG’s clients, the group and its partners were very pleased with the outcome.
