Timothy S. Fox, a new associate in the firm's construction and real estate department, was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011 after attaining his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School. In 2008 Mr. Fox received a bachelor of science degree from California State Polytechnic University, magna cum laude, in computer information services.
Michael K. Foy has joined KDG as an associate attorney working in the business and commercial litigation department. Mr. Foy graduated from Bakersfield High School in 2004 and in 2008 graduated from Loyola Marymount University, cum laude, with a degree in political science. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara Univerisity School of Law in 2011.
Matthew C. Vance is a new associate attorney in KDG's trust, estate and probate litigation department. Mr. Vance graduated from Centennial High School in 2003 and in 2007 graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with high honors. He earned his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year.
