Sexual Harassment Complaint Settled Favorably 
 
A complaint alleging workplace sexual harassment, infliction of emotional distress, and assault and battery, among others, was settled favorably and quickly on behalf of two defendants.  After an initial demand from the plaintiff of $150,000, defendants began to obtain plaintiff’s background information and medical records.  The case settled a month later for $5,000.  KDG attorneys Jay L.
