Employment Counseling & Litigation
KDG handles a full range of employment and labor matters in the private and public sectors on behalf of management, including federal and state wage and hour disputes, federal and state discrimination and harrassment claims, contract negotiations, union elections and campaigns, arbitrations; litigation of discrimination cases under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act; ERISA; the Family and Medical Leave Act; the California Family Rights Act; and complaints under OSHA. We serve as counselors to many Human Resource departments, offering services such as the development of employee manuals, policies and procedures manuals and other materials in support of our clients’ management needs as well as strategic advice and counseling on terminations and reductions in force.
