Tracy Saiki is a founding member of the firm's Agriculture & Food Law Practice Group. Formerly general counsel for Bolthouse Farms, she handles commercial transactions, employment counseling, complex business disputes, and a variety of regulatory compliance issues for various industries. She maintains a special focus on issues unique to operators and investors in the farming and food industries.
