Alyssa O’Donnell is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Alyssa is an experienced litigator with extensive experience handling all aspects of complex commercial litigation in the state and federal court. After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2016, Alyssa joined a top-ranked global law firm where she spent eight years litigating a wide variety of matters, including business disputes, insurance coverage and recovery, putative class actions, personal injury, and environmental and toxic tort matters. Most recently, Alyssa served as Litigation Counsel for Roll Law Group, P.C., where she expanded her practice to include employment related matters, including matters brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”).

Throughout her career, Alyssa has obtained positive results for her clients, including preparing and arguing successful motions to dismiss and motions for summary adjudication and judgment. Alyssa also served as a key member of a trial team representing six former officers and directors of a technology company in a shareholder dispute in the Delaware Court of Chancery, which resulted in a full defense verdict.
