Danny Zhivanaj is an associate attorney working in the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions Department. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Zhivanaj competed on UCLA’s Transactional Law and Mock Trial Teams. As a Mock Trial competitor, he finished in 1st Place at the 2021 SFVBA Mock Trial Competition and was a Pacific 2 Regional Finalist (2nd Place) at the 2021 AAJ STAC Mock Trial Competition. Zhivanaj also served as a Submissions Editor on UCLA’s Entertainment Law Review and as a Student Representative on UCLA’s Student Bar Association. Zhivanaj graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
