Haley is an associate attorney handling a broad range of business litigation and business transactions. Haley previously worked for KDG as a business law paralegal, with extensive work in corporate and real estate transactions, as well as business, employment and real estate litigation. As a certified law student, she appeared in court and administrative proceedings on behalf of KDG clients—including eliciting pivotal witness testimony through examinations in a highly contested business dispute. She graduated law school with honors, receiving the highest grade in multiple law school courses, and graduated cum laude in obtaining her undergraduate degree.
