Administrative Assistant

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years administrative or clerical experience, strong written (grammar and spelling) communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Some exposure to the legal field or human resources would be preferred. Candidates must also have a familiarity with internet usage involving light research, error-free typing at 50 wpm, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires a resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented person. A bachelor’s degree is STRONGLY preferred.

Full-Time Records Clerk

Qualified candidates must have one year file clerk experience and must be computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and good communication skills are essential. The position requires a resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented person. Advancement opportunities and excellent benefits offered.

Litigation Paralegal

Klein DeNatale Goldner seeks individual with litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have trial experience, knowledge of rules of civil procedure and local rules of court, familiarity with judicial council forms and procedures for court filings, ability to understand and analyze legal issues, ability to manage case documents, write clearly and concisely, knowledge of interview and investigation techniques, and be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Westlaw. Must be qualified under California Business & Professions Code §6450.

Experienced Litigation Secretary

Qualified candidates must have at least five years of litigation experience as a legal secretary, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients in a polite, professional manner, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful and organized person. Responsibilities include client intake, document preparation and general secretarial duties.

Legal Support Clerk

Qualified candidates must have at least two years administrative or clerical experience, strong written (grammar and spelling) communication skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Some exposure to the legal field would be preferred. Candidates must also have a familiarity with internet usage involving light research, error-free typing at 50 wpm and proficiency in MS Office.
