Executive Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an executive administrative assistant for our legal practice. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, strong written (grammar and spelling) communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Some exposure to the legal field or human resources is preferred. Candidates must also have a familiarity with internet usage involving light research, error-free typing at 50 wpm, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires a resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented person.


Experienced Legal Secretary

We are hiring a legal secretary with at least two years of experience in transactional, estate planning, tax, or corporate work. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients in a polite, professional manner, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized person. Responsibilities include client intake, document preparation and general secretarial duties. This is a full-time position, with remote and hybrid work opportunities available.

Help Desk Specialist

We are hiring a help desk specialist for our legal practice. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and be customer service­­–oriented. Duties include assisting employees with hardware and software support issues, installing application software, setting up and configuring new workstations, and general IT administrative duties. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized. This is a part-time position with hybrid work opportunities available.


Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking a Human Resources Consultant to provide counsel and training to our clients in the functional and strategic aspects of benefit administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy creation/development/implementation, recruitment/retention, investigation, termination, workforce restructuring and downsizing, and general employment law compliance. This position requires the ability to work independently and allows for a flexible full-time or part-time work schedule. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with any of the following certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR. Previous consultative work experience is strongly preferred.


Paralegal (Estate Planning)

We are hiring a paralegal to work in the Estate Planning department of our legal practice. Qualified candidates must have at least five years of paralegal experience, ability to understand and analyze legal issues, ability to manage client documents, write clearly and concisely, and be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw. We will only consider candidates with a California paralegal certificate and a bachelor’s degree. Part-time, full-time, remote, and hybrid work opportunities available.


Paralegal (Litigation)

Klein DeNatale Goldner seeks individual with litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have trial experience, knowledge of rules of civil procedure and local rules of court, familiarity with judicial council forms and procedures for court filings, ability to understand and analyze legal issues, ability to manage case documents, write clearly and concisely, knowledge of interview and investigation techniques, and be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Westlaw. Must be qualified under California Business & Professions Code §6450.


Paralegal (Transactional)

We are hiring a paralegal to work in the Transactional department of our legal practice. Qualified candidates must have at least five years of paralegal experience, ability to understand and analyze legal issues, ability to manage client documents, write clearly and concisely, and be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw. We will only consider candidates with a California paralegal certificate and a bachelor’s degree. Part-time, full-time, remote, and hybrid work opportunities available.


Project Coordinator

We are hiring a project coordinator for our legal practice. You will be involved in projects ranging from purchases and sales of businesses, business law, estate planning, real estate transactions, and many other legal, business, and financial projects. Qualified candidates should have at least two years of experience in transactional, estate planning, tax, or corporate work. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals who want to develop their career with hands-on, fast-paced experience. We will only consider candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
