David J. Cooper graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1967 and from the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was also awarded the Order of the Coif in 1970. David was elected to The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation in 2007. His practice areas include general civil and complex litigation, business and commercial litigation, environmental law, constitutional and appellate law, and white-collar criminal defense.
