Jeff Noe is a litigator with over 20 years of experience, focusing on complex litigation and employment law. In addition to representing parties in contract, unfair competition, and other types of disputes, Jeff has defended many employers in class actions and other lawsuits involving claims for wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
During the five years prior to rejoining Klein DeNatale Goldner, Jeff worked in the civil unit of the Kern County DA’s Office, where he represented the People in local and statewide cases involving the Unfair Competition Law, the False Advertising Law, and the Hazardous Waste Control Law.
