Klein DeNatale Goldner Represents Seller in Local Transaction

On December 31, 2010, Klein DeNatale Goldner's transactional practice group closed a stock sale transaction in which 100% of the equity interests in Physicians Automated Laboratory, Inc. ("PAL") was sold to Sonic Healthcare USA, a Texas subsidiary of a publically traded Australian company which provides laboratory services internationally. Klein DeNatale Goldner represented PAL in this transaction, led by Jose A. Guerrero of the Klein DeNatale Goldner Transactional Practice Group with assistance from the Klein DeNatale Goldner Employment Law Practice Group and the Klein DeNatale Goldner Real Estate Practice Group.
