Klein DeNatale Goldner Announces New Partner

Dustin S. Dodgin has accepted an equity partner position in the firm. Dodgin joined the firm in 2006, focusing his practice on business and employment litigation and business counseling. Over the past several years, he has obtained many significant victories and favorable resolutions for businesses facing employee claims. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law where he was a lead editor and the symposium coordinator for the San Diego Law Review. Before Klein DeNatale Goldner, Dodgin was a judicial extern for a federal district judge and a law clerk for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of California. Dodgin currently serves as the chairman of the board for Goodwill Industries of South Central California, vice chair of the Leadership Bakersfield Advisory Council, and a member of the City of Bakersfield Planning Commission. He also volunteers as a judge for "We the People...the Citizen and the Constitution" and National History Day.
